Major initiative clean water specialists, Elder and Sister Frandsen, from Heber Valley visited in October.  We accompanied them in visiting past, present and future water projects.

Our first visit was to a very successful water project in

Elder and Sister Frandsen have been water specialist Missionaries for the Welfare Department for 12 years.   Before that, they served a mission in Russia and were in charge of all Humanitarian Senior Missionary couples there.  After planning and designing many water projects, they happened to be here in Indonesia when the closing ceremony was scheduled.  It is very unusual for them to be able to attend the closing ceremonies, so this was a special treat.
