December 2015 started out with a great member service project by the Solo Stake in partnership with the ophthalmology department of Gadjah Mada University of Yogyakarta. Presidents Budi worked with local governmental leaders to organize an eye screening clinic in the neighborhoods near the Stake Building. We worked with Professor Dr. Suhardjo at the University to schedule his doctors and staff to provide the eye exams. LDSC funding provided the reading glasses and prescription glasses needed by members of the community as determined by the exams.
